Job Description

  • Responsible for growing distribution, volume, profitability and brand experience within a portfolio of Urban High End or Nightlife (on premise) accounts
  • Develop a deep knowledge base related to brewing process, beer types and styles, handling, tasting, serving in order to develop our brands, and enhance consumer and customer experience on premise
  • Represents total Labatt portfolio, with emphasis on specialty brands
  • Ownership of annual territory planning, individual customer planning, promotional evaluation and customer sell-back, competitive intelligence gathering and opportunity identification (with Regional Specialty Sales Manager approval)
  • Territory spend and budget management
  • Build strong business relationships with key customers and consumer groups
  • Identify and leverage business opportunities (i.e. new customers)
  • Constant delivery of superior on premise experiences
  • Execution of call cycle and administrative duties (routine management)

Job Qualifications

  • College diploma required but University Degree preferred for advancement opportunities (business-related field an asset)
  • Passion for Beer and Food Industry
  • Budget management experience, analytical skills, strong business acumen
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong impact and influential abilities
  • Driven and ambitious
  • Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Flexible with irregular working hours to be present during key period on premise (including many evenings and weekends)
